The concept: Indulge in Seclusion
Charlotte is a newly constructed villa of unique design in the area of Pyla that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Its privileged location, on top of a hill, offers panoramic views of the Messenian Gulf and the mountainous Peloponnesian landscape. Only 5 km away from the picturesque Pylos Town and close to a variety of beaches, yet in total seclusion, Charlotte is the perfect getaway for a family or a group of friends that seek a unique luxury living experience. 

Outdoors
Surrounded by lush vegetation and located near the edge of a rocky hill, Charlotte seems like it floats in the air. A private swimming pool extends on the lower level, blending beautifully with the gardens. By its side, there is a comfy lounge area and sun loungers where you can lay on and unwind in total serenity by listening to the calming sounds of nature. The ample shaded terrace on the upper level features a fancy alfresco dining area with majestic views where you can enjoy a Mediterranean dinner made by your private chef. If you need some “you” time, relax on a hammock nearby while the gentle breeze caresses you.

Interior design
Built out of natural materials, Charlotte is a paragon of classy and contemporary design. Its unique architecture is visible to the interior of the villa as well as the dominance of earthy tones, modern décor, and state-of-the-art furnishings. Ascending to the upper level of the villa, there is a bright open plan area featuring a living room, a dining area for up to 8 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen. Every part of the upper level is connected with your private terrace through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The 3 deluxe bedrooms are on this level, each with en-suite shower or bathtub and direct access to the terrace. 

Good to know
Charlotte is near to the popular Voidokilia beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean. The crescent-shaped coved, the white sands, and the shallow crystal-clear waters make it perfect for families with children.
