Outdoors
Approached by a country road that winds down a green hill, the villa feels like its own little world. Stone walls and hedges open to reveal lush lawns, terraces with cozy lounge areas and pergola-shaded dining areas, all framed by pine trees and cypresses, that lend their woody scent to the sea breeze. Two bungalows and a forest lodge scattered around the gardens are waiting to be discovered and be your little shelters of relaxation with a much-loved book. Spend the day taking in the views of the bay from a spot by the freeform swimming pool, then, as the sun goes lower, walk with the kids down to the private beach and let them splash around, while you open a bottle of wine from the beachside bar and heat up the BBQ for an alfresco dinner right by the sea.

An exquisite blend of vintage elegance, rustic simplicity, and contemporary amenities, villa Euphoria will steal your heart the moment you step foot in its bright interiors. Doors and windows open to bring the Mediterranean climate in and serve enticing vistas of the gardens and the turquoise coastline of Porto Heli. Euphoria consists of the main villa and 2 adjacent residences – each with a fully equipped kitchen and charming living areas, which along with three independent studios boast a total of 13 luxurious bedrooms. Enjoy the privacy offered to you by the abundance of space and, if you are in for some fun time with the whole group, gather in the playroom on the lower level, where you can enjoy a game of snooker or a round of table tennis.

Good to know
A frequent family destination, Porto Heli makes a convenient base for road trips to Ancient Epidaurus, Mycenae and Nafplion, and excursions to nearby islands. Originally a quaint fishing village, the town has evolved into a cosmopolitan resort, with lavish yachts parading around its crystalline waters during the summer. In the wider area, you’ll find a few organized beaches, but the majority are small secluded coves. Your villa can host a minimum of 18 guests, but its 13 bedrooms can sleep a total of up to 26 guests upon request. If you wish to reach the villa James Bond style, a private helipad and a private dock within the estate’s grounds will cater for your impressive entrance.
