Inside the villa continues the theme of the summer-fun vacation home, with cool, neutral tones, high-quality fixtures and fittings, and mosquito nets and air-conditioning throughout the house. The large open-plan living space with large window doors onto the pool patio has a living area with sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The 2-level main villa has 3 double bedrooms, and for privacy among the guests, there is also an independent 1-bedroom apartment with a garden terrace and a 2-bedroom guest house near the swimming pool. The villa is located 2 miles from Porto Heli, in the east of the Peloponnese, a lively seaside town with a port, which is frequented by luxury yachts and local fishermen alike. The area around is of great natural beauty and has many quiet cove beaches, and the nearby Ververouda ‘lake’ is a fun place for all the family to enjoy the great outdoors.
